A track record with MEPMA, 2017-2018
Before the current welfare corporation projects, SAPE ran six sanctioned Basic Sewing Machine Operator & Surface Ornamentation mandates for MEPMA (Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas, Dept. of Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh) — every mandate documented with an official letter of allotment.
Basic Sewing Machine Operator & Surface Ornamentation — initial allotment
Direct allotment to SAPE by MEPMA to run BSMO&SO training centres for the 2017-18 skilling year.
BSMO&SO additional targets — Phase 2
Statewide Phase 2 expansion of the APPC–SAPE consortium's BSMO&SO mandate across seven districts.
Rescue mandate — completing training abandoned by other providers
MEPMA entrusted SAPE with completing training, self-employment creation and post-placement tracking for a batch left incomplete by another training provider.
GVMC additional targets
Additional BSMO&SO targets allotted to SAPE in Greater Visakhapatnam, awarded on the basis of completing the previous allotment.

Further BSMO&SO candidates allotted to SAPE following performance on the initial mandate.
Project Appraisal Committee allotment — Guntur
Targets approved by MEPMA's Project Appraisal Committee for SAPE in Guntur district.
Independently certified. On 23 August 2018, MEPMA issued a signed "To Whom It May Concern" letter certifying that the SAPE training partnership had successfully completed every one of the mandates listed above — the official record this section is built from.
